This cake came about purely becasue i wanted to try out some new recipes and techniques!! The bottom tier is a 7" carrot cake filled with layers of homemade orange curd and orange imbc, rough iced with white choc ganache. The middle tier is a 6" round is a coconut cake filled with layers of raspberry imbc and covered in milk choc ganache – I used a patterened side scraper to get the pattern. The top tier is a 6" vanilla sponge with layers of pistachio imbc, covered in dark choc ganache.

haha, thank you!!! I’m so psyched it’s had such positive feedback…it started life as a completely different design, but that goes to show how sometimes a change of design is a good thing!!
