Easter Saturday baptism cake

3 tier cake in the palest blush pink for a young lady who got baptised at York Minster on Easter Saturday.

Adapted (with kind permission) from a two tier design by Sugarbelle Cakes, Canada.

Top tier vanilla madeira with vanilla buttercream and raspberry jam; middle tier coffee cake with espresso buttercream; bottom tier chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream.

Quite a change for me to make a christening cake where the subject is not an infant!
