Beer cooler cake I did for a silent auction. The cooler was cake, the bottles and ice was isomalt. I especially liked the icecubes out side the cooler that look like they’re melting.

That is cool! I have only tried to make isomalt coral which I had a lot of trouble with the isomalt and ice cube combination.

I have done the isomalt over ice a few times, the trick is to get all the ice out of the sugar. Water and isomalt don’t mix. I will have to post that cake later.
