The brief was pink ….. and she likes horses! 10" rich dark chocolate mud cake sandwiched with chocolate buutercream topped with 8" Madeira sandwiched with raspberry conserve and white chocolate ganache. Horses were hand painted using cocoa butter and the number 18 was hand cut with a craft knife ….. I was pretty pleased with the end result!
