I’m so proud to be part of this project which is also my FIRST international collaboration. It has definitely pushed me out of my comfort zone to try something new and different in creating my Spring themed Egg. I draw inspiration from the exquisite Chinese porcelain vases and what better flower to represent Spring than the delicate cherry blossoms. To add to the grandeur, I made the golden cage/screen out of piped Royal Icing.

For the past few weeks, an International team of sugar artists have been working to bring you a feast for the eyes! In celebration of Spring and Easter, we present to you our creations full of color, tradition and fun.
