New Zealand Birthday Cake

This cake was ordered for a beautiful woman’s 40th birthday. Although she is currently living in Queensland, Australia, she is a New Zealander, so her husband requested the cake feature their famous Silver Fern. He also wanted it to say “Love you more”. I added the single red heart to give it that little hit of colour.
