This is my very first dummy cake, I’ve been meaning to make one for a long time. I have to say….I find it MUCH easier working with real cake! This is also my very first peony. I’m very excited to be attending The Collection class with Michelle Rea of Inspired by Michelle this week, so will have a much nicer Peony to put on it then :)
