This flower, we call it Miimosa (Acacia Dealbata), is related to strengh and femininity, yellow colour reminds me of brightness and joy so I think this cake is perfect for a girls’ tea party ora bridal shower!
My “spring collection” is the result of a new collaboration with the photographer Francesco Esposito: l love working with creative people, they always teach you a lot of things and gives you news ideas!

They seems to be 3 but are 2 boads ;-)
I saw the double boards in Emma Jayne cakes, for the first time, and i think it’s a very nice way to complete a cake!! Even when they’re simply covered and not decorated, boards are very important, for me, as part of the job!
(sorry for my english.. please, don’t forget I’m italian! ;-) )
