This cake was made for a charity fundraising evening for ALERT (African Lion Environmental and Research Trust). It was auctioned to help raise money for the charity. It’s a rich fruit cake, covered in marzipan and fondant, with handmade sugar lions and a hand cut sugar ALERT logo.
