I never knew about this creature until I got a request. It’s my first carve cake. Have searched online. Then saved photos on a different angles. Made few sketches and used them as patterns. Well the best I could come up with at this stage. This is a white chocolate mud cake filled with caramel and ganached in white chocolate.
