I based this cake around the couple getting engaged in Kyoto, Japan, surrounded by the blossom.
Mum really wanted a sillhouette on there too, so I had to free hand cut this (I wanted them to be kissing but cute)
We went for a really soft green with pink blossoms and the contrasting black of the couple and hearts.
Bottom tier was banana and chocolate, and the too tier was carrot.
One of my favourite pretty cakes this year :)
