This Lovely Tortoise (Tartaruga Mimosa), is a project I made for the school of cake design Isto Faz-se where I teach classes in Portugal.
Available workshop where people learn the technique of making a elevated cake from the base, modelling basics, skinner blend mixing with sugar paste (shell and butterflies) and vibrant vivid eyes made with isomalt.
