This cake was a bit of a challenge for me, its not often i get to make pretty cakes and i haven’t much experience with sugar flowers but i wanted to make my Mum something really special for Mothers Day.

The cake itself was chocolate with caramel filling and salted caramel butter cream.

The flowers made were Peonies, Roses, Hydrangeas, Daisies and wood Anemones.
