Chocolate Covered Cherry Cake

For the birthday of a friend who loves chocolate covered cherries. The cake is Maraschino cherry cake baked in 2 stainless steel bowls. Torted and filled with Maraschino cherry Italian meringue buttercream. Iced in chocolate ganache and covered in chocolate fondant.
