Topsy Turvy cake

I’ve never made a topsy turvy cake before so this was a lot of guess work! I enjoyed making it though especially the sugarpaste lollipops.

I didn’t really measure it out but it looked good when it was first stacked – of course, I hadn’t allowed for the sugarpaste so it didn’t fit as well after! Oh well, chalk it up to experience!
