I was asked to make a golf cake and was sent a few pics of the golfer trying to blow the ball into the hole. For the rest, I wanted to go with the golf theme but a wee bit different to the usual golf cakes I’ve done. The cake was vanilla sponge with raspberry and vanilla filling, covered with ganache and fondant.
