I was asked to create a cake with topper inspired by birthday boy who loves his Pinarello road bike.
Cake is vanilla with apricot “gu” filling and vanilla and white chocolate buttercream.
Topper is fondant and sugarpaste mix. I hope you’ll forgive me the little imperfections, since it’s my first standing up bike.
