We are from Louisiana & were really excited to do a crawfish cake! We had a lot of fun making this one! 3 layer, 8” chocolate cake with chocolate filling. Covered in fondant & spray painted silver. All of the crawfish, potatoes, corn on the cobs, & the lemon were hand made out of fondant. The only thing that is not edible is the can of beer (requested by the customer). We used our local newspaper to wrap the cake board. TFL!
