I have been waiting for ages to do a Tardis cake and finally got the opportunity this week. Standing 10 inches tall by 6 inches. The dalek and K9 are made from modelling chocolate – my first attempt at using chocolate for modelling. The birthday message on the cake board was chosen by the customer.

Brilliant!! I did a Tardis cake but yours is so much better than mine. I really struggled with it……but it was a long time ago, so if I ever do another I hope its as good as yours xxx
