A completely edible four tiered custom bar mitzvah cake. Dark chocolate cake with alternating salted caramel and chocolate french buttercream layers. Vanilla cake with chocolate chip buttercream.

Our client approached me with a custom logo that was specially designed for her son’s Bar Mitzvah party. She asked if I could make a NY / hip hop theme cake around the logo, it also had to be white black red and silver only. Even though I was limited to three colors I still like how this cake turned out. They we’re giving out fitted baseball hats as a party favor with the logo stitched in, so I decided to incorporate the hat into the cake, it is also made of cake and has the stiching and logo to match on the front.
