A vintage sewing machine 80th birthday cake for a lady who is a dressmaker. The base of the machine is a chocolate cake filled with morello cherries in kirsch, cherry jam and chocolate ganache. The sewing machine is a dummy cake carved to shape and covered with sugarpaste, all of the decorations are made from sugarpaste.
