Presenting here the ‘Pristine Jewel’, my latest peacock themed wedding cake done today! I have had the opportunity now of making many traditional coloured peacock cakes but this is my first white peacock cake! The client instruction was a white and gold theme adorned with a white peacock. Delighted with the outcome!
