I love it Mummy, I really love it!" I love it Mummy, I really love it!" I love it Mummy, I really love it!" I love it Mummy, I really love it!"

“I love it Mummy, I really love it!”, she is so thrilled she can’t take her eyes off it!" – this was the email I received from my friend when her, soon to be 5, daughter Jessica saw her cake for the first time.
I put my heart into this cake as she is struggling to come to terms after she had a stillborn little boy – and Jessica is having regular nightmares about her Mummy, Daddy or big brother dying. It breaks my heart.
This is the third birthday cake I have made for Jessica – and it had to be the best. She wanted a Rapunzel cake, so that’s what it had to be!
I sent a card with the cake to say it has been made with magic sugar that will keep everyone safe and hope it gives her sweet dreams.
It’s the first cake I’ve made needing some construction and I used Dawn Butler’s new Cake Frame – which was wonderful to use.
I’ve put a bit of a tutorial together in the blog section in case anyone is interested.
Thanks for looking xx

Judy
