This cake was for a boy turning 2 who is crazy about golf – seriously! It was hard to figure out what to do, since most golf cakes I’ve seen or made have been for men aged 50+. Fortunately, the birthday boy also likes cows so I took advantage of that to make it kid friendly. There’s also a gopher saying hello from the dirt below (my tribute to the movie “Caddy Shack”).
