Teddies and Bootees Christening Cake

I know! Another christening cake! Anyway, the bootees on this cake were inspired by a photo I saw of a pair of bootees by Dior. While not an exact replica they have the big bows on top, which is what I loved most. The teddies are hand cut and hand painted as are the love hearts and the cake itself is the ever popular chocolate. x

Thanks everyone! :D I used an embosser from a patchwork playing cards set I had for the hearts Karen. If you keep something long enough you’ll always find a use for it. lol
