This was a 4 tier cake for Charissa’s graduation/ordination as a minister in the Uniting Church. I didn’t manage to get a photo of all 4 tiers set up as I delivered the cakes separately due to the size of it, it was to serve 500 people. It was a huge rush as I delivered it and half an hour later I was on a cruise boat sailing into the sunset. This cake went with the graduation cake I posted separately and a Christmas cake for 60 people. Top cake was fruit cake, 2nd tier was banana cake. 3rd tier was chocolate and coffee layered cake and 4th tier was Neapolitan layers all covered in buttercream then fondant.
