We learn from our mistakes & I learnt a lot when I ganached his head & it fell off haha! This was my daughter’s cake that I made for her last year. I didn’t have time to design the stand & used one I had for a different design & turned out to be too short. In desperation I made his head again with foil & modelling chocolate…otherwise the rest is cake. I had also just received my airbrush so was a bit heavy handed in places!
