This was the first time we attempted Minnie mouse and the second model we made for the head as the first was more mighty mouse than Minnie lol! It was a vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream now I normally work with ganache so it was a real challenge to cover these two cakes I had forgotten how hard buttercream is to work with the get a decent finish! Non the less they were happy x
