This is a vanilla cake filled with chocolate butter icing sculpted into a tip-truck filled with Crunchie “rubble” for a four year old boy’s birthday party.
The wheels are rice krispy treats covered in sugar paste to look like tyres, and the truck is raised on a rice krispy treat platform.
Its entirely edible!
The vanilla and chocolate cupcakes were iced to echo the colour scheme on the cake.
