I made this cake for a collegue at work for a surprise, as he is always off for his birthday.

I did one layer as vanilla sponge and the other as chocolate sponge, with a butter cream and jam filling.
The tottenham logo took me a while to get right as it kept breaking, but turned out fine in end.
