Frozen Castle

The original photo was found by a friend on Pinterest so I don’t know whose this was originally. Tall tiers 10" and 6" with blue and lilac coloured cake as a surprise inside. Hope you like it – it weighs a ton!!

Yes Julia, her face lit up which is part of the reason we do this. I have just worked out what it cost me though and discovered I made no profit at all!! Am I mad? Although it was for a friend I usually like to make a couple of £ss for myself. Need to be more careful in future.
