This cake is an anniversary cake…each year the couple asks for an igloos and palm trees theme…this year I went with love and warm meets cold. So I used the iconic Philadelphia sculpture as my inspiration. The roses on top were modeled after Fire and Ice roses and even the hearts on the side show pieces of snowflakes and parts of fire.
