My first attempt at modeling horses. This was the first and the smaller of the two cakes that were ordered to me. It has two creams – white chocolate pistachio ganache and creme patisserie with mascarpone and dark chocolate chunks.
the horses are paint brushed twice since the colors did not cover all the way the first time.
