This is my first ever wedding cake! The bride wanted 3 different flavors: Strawberry on the bottom, Lemon in the middle and Chocolate Cherry Chip for the top tier. Covered with Marshmallow fondant, gumpaste roses and mini sugar butterflies. The large butterflies and heart topper were store bought decorations. lessons learned with this cake especially to transport it unstacked next time and set up on location. As you can see it was leaning a little, I think from the weight of the roses and moving during transport. Not to mention the heat here in Az during transport. Overall it was a success and the bride loved it.
