This cake was fun! The sushi rolls are RKT with fondant details. The soy sauce is colored corn syrup in a gum paste bowl. The wood grain is hand painted on the fondant. The cake is a chocolate cake filled with cookie dough filling covered in ganach and mmf. Only the chop sticks are real!
