Till date, I have been given the full reins on designing my cakes and no different it was for this cake. The request was for a SIMPLE and good looking cake and only in butter-cream. Guess the word ’SIMPLE ’,is the most dreaded word for me now..lol….. I almost re-designed this cake 5 times to satisfy myself !!!!

The theme was red and gold as the lil birthday girl was wearing a dress of the same color combination and we settled on a bit different design from the usual Princess cakes.

Edible Golden sparkling dust and stars for the dress and frosted with SMBC and the doll stands on a platform cake that has been given the rosettes. Vanilla Cake with Strawberry mousse filling.
The cake went to wish little Iris on her First Birthday.
