This cake was made for my best friends dad for his 60th birthday. They had taken a family vacation to Hawaii earlier in the year and since his birthday is just two days after christmas a Hawaiian theme gave the party a little more pizazz. We added a few of his favourite things, a Molsen Genuine Draft Beer, a fishing lure and for the post man a few Hawaiian post cards. Chocolate cake with chocolate ganache, salted caramel and white chocolate crisp pearls.
