I was approached by Cake Central Magazine to create them a Peacock Inspired Wedding Cake for their current theme.
I was so shocked and honoured! We couldnt use birds or feathers so I decided to just use the colours, and took on a modern approach.
My name is amongst some amazing bakers in that issue…some of which I admired from my early baking days thinking just how the hell they do it! lol So to have my name in the same magazine as them is such a HUGE accomplishment for me!
