A 3 tiered castle cake for my Mum’s 70th. It was a big cake with the bottom tier being a 12", followed by and 8" and topped off with a 4" all different flavours. Everything has been made from hand except for the ivy cutter for the leaves and the blossom cutter. This is a very special cake to me as my mum was very poorly when I made this cake and we lost her shortly afterwards.

This cake looked cool in the dark too as the glitter sparkled with any hint of light X
