Inspired by Harry Potter, the customer wanted a cake using the Doe which represents Harry’s mum. I hand carved the doe using Polystyrene then covered it with fondant a technique I learnt from the amazing Margie Carter.
It took a couple of attempts to achieve the finished doe. Finished with a wooded scene. The customer was thrilled and it had to travel from dorset to Scotland and it survived.
