Fairy castle in the clouds.

Birthday cake I made a while ago for a sweet little 3 year old girl. I look at it in amazement now when I think there was no central support in the cake and it was nearly 6 feet high!

Wow!!! That is an amazing cake. If all 7 levels are cake you have achieved a major balancing act. I bet that little girl couldn’t believe her eyes – and possibly her mother couldn’t either.
