my first wedding cake

Unfortunately this is the only picture i have of my first wedding cake and sadly it doesn’t quite do the cake the justice it deserves. It was taken just before I had put the last finishing touches on. Hopefully the photographer got a good picture of the cake at the reception but we will have to wait for those. The bottom tier was fruit cake the second was a dummy cake the third tier was lemon Madeira with vanilla butter cream The top tier was chocolate mud cake with coffee buttercream, I must say i was greedy and tried a piece from every edible tier and it was delicious. The cake was made for my wonderful parents :) who after 32 years together finally decided to get married :)
