This cake was made for our street party. Plaque cut free hand unfortunately went rather wrong and i was unable to work out how to sort it in time :(
This is the largest sheet cake i@ve done to date. its around 45cm wide, made to serve 100 people.

Thank you. Not sure I’m ever happy with my finished cakes.
Really fed up of the mag red white and blue so thought the colours would be a bit of relief!
