This is a double cake, the roof is chocolate sponge with vanilla frosting, and the house is vanilla sponge with strawberry jam and vanilla Swiss Meringue. The Family had ordered it for their Christmas Eve family get-together but they wanted to enjoy it for longer so they sliced it on Christmas Day!!!
