This is a gluten free rich fruit cake and tastes as good as the real gluten one. It was designed specifically for a Big Bang theory fan as she loves the clip where amy and Bernadette make the Death Star cake for sheldon and it rolls off the table… Hopefully this one will stay firmly in place :D so just like Sheldon this combines her two favourite things fruit cake and the ability to destroy a planet at the push of a button… My last Christmas cake this year and number 17 in 3 weeks phew now for the boxing day birthday cake ;)
