Last Monday was the Christmas party at my son’s school. He asked me to make a cake, but between the weekend orders I didn’t have much time to make a nice cake. Then he told me he’d help me and I could’t say no…
Together we managed to make this Christmas tree.
It was about 50 cm high and It’s all cake, including the vase.
Some of the kids were surprised when I started cutting the cake, they thougt it was only a decoration… :)

Vase is chocolate cake with caramel filling, first tier ioghurt cake with apple jam, second tier chocolate cake with chocolate/hazelnut ganache, top tier ioghurt cake with white chocolate ganache.
