I had the pleasure of making a piece for the Peter Jackson collaboration in New Zealand www.cakesfrommiddleearth.com.

I chose Rusty the Ghost Dog from the movie The Frighteners. We don’t often cake to make a not so pretty piece so I jumped at the opportunity.

Hope you like him he ain’t do scary really.
