The challenge on this cake was to do a more masculine themed cake in winter colors, and NOT look like a ‘Frozen’ cake! The client wanted winter colors with silver crowns on the cake & a big gold crown as a topper.

The top tier is a smash cake, vanilla cake with white chocolate buttercream icing. The middle tier is a Caramel Apple cake with Caramel buttercream filling & Cinnamon Caramel ganache. It is coated with snowflake-shaped sprinkles & airbrushed with a silver sheen. The bottom tier is Strawberry cake with strawberry buttercream filling & white chocolate ganache. The crown is gumpaste hand-painted gold with real rhinestone accents.
