This is my nephew Samuel who is in his 3rd year of studying microbiology at uni. It really is his passion so when it came to making his 21st birthday cake there was really no other theme.

The pink pattern around the bottom is my loose interpretation of e-coli although my mum said it look like a load of paracetamols!!! :-D
