This cake was made for my friend, whose parents’ were celebrating 27 years of marriage. He said I could do whatever I wanted on the cake. I don’t have much experience in flowers, so I wanted to try doing more of my sugar roses. Ended up doing them the day before delivery due to a busy schedule…Roses were made of fondant and CMC/Tylose powder, luckily, they were just stiff enough during assembly….The dots were royal icing with a #2 tip (RIP hand :( )
